Receipt of an order via the shop4usb.com website by Us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason.We reserve the right to amend any omissions or errors on any page or in any documents without liability on our part. You, as the customer, are responsible for the accuracy of any order made and for the giving of such necessary information relating to the sale terms and delivery. Delivery is usually next day, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.(within the UK) - International shipments will take a little longer dependent on local delivery services.

TEDIM International Ltd. will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site until payment has been received and cleared in full. Cancellation Rights
The customer has an unconditional right to cancel an order. You must exercise the right to cancel an order by informing shop4usb.com in writing within the following period:
Goods - from the date the order is accepted by shop4usb.com until seven days after the Goods arrive at the delivery address. Customers exercising their right to cancel an order must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to shop4usb.com in an unused and as new condition complete in its original packaging and with all instructions and accessories. The return must include any premium offers or free gifts offered with the product. Goods are returned at the customers expense. Returns are not possible for items which have been customised by shop4usb.com at the customers request.If a return has been authorised shop4usb.com, we will refund the purchase price of the goods or services within 30 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete. Outside of the statutary 7 day cooling off period, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Defective or Faulty Products
If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at any time please report this as soon as possible via e-mail. If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period we will arrange to replace or repair the goods as per the manufactures guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods. Should this inspection prove the fault to be the result of customer misuse then our normal service charge will apply.
